Flowwyn Private beta · US only
Founding member applications are open

Top-tier AI answers, for a fraction of the price.

Flowwyn picks the model that gives you the most for your money. In our tests, its default model gave answers of similar quality to the top model, for about one-fifth of the cost. Move your chats over from ChatGPT, Claude and more in minutes — just upload your export file — keep your projects and preferences in every conversation, and see an estimated cost before every message.

Beta applications are open now. US only, 18+. Applying is free.

What you get as a founding member

Everything below is in the first beta, unless it’s marked “Later”.

01

Similar quality, about one-fifth of the price

New models launch every month, and the most expensive one isn’t always the one you need.

  • Flowwyn tests models on real everyday work and uses the one that gives the most quality for the money.
  • In our tests, the default model, OpenAI’s GPT-6.1-sol, gave answers of similar quality to OpenAI’s top model, GPT-6-astra, for about one-fifth of the cost.
  • For coding, translation and short everyday writing, Flowwyn may pick the lower-cost GPT-6-luna, where our tests show its answers are as good. Questions it recognizes as being about health, law, money or safety stay on the standard model.
  • Every reply shows the model that wrote it, and you can choose the model yourself. Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet 5.5 is the planned backup.
  • Later For bigger jobs, the best answer can come from models working together — one leading, others drafting, checking or researching. We’re testing these combinations, and Flowwyn will only use one when it beats a single model for the money.
  • We keep testing as models change, and we’re learning to match each kind of task with the model that does it best for less.
02

Bring your old chats with you

Your best AI conversations are scattered across apps, and you can’t find any of them.

  • Quick import: upload your ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Grok or Perplexity export and Flowwyn brings your conversations over in one go.
  • Your chats come back as real conversations — every message in place and in order — not squeezed into a vague “memory” summary.
  • Open any old conversation and keep talking: Flowwyn gives the AI the earlier messages as context, just like a chat that never moved.
  • Search all of your AI history at once — in English or Chinese, down to two characters.
  • Your AI Story shows how you’ve actually used AI over time.
03

Long chats that never quietly forget

In a long chat, most AI tools drop the beginning without telling you — and you only notice when the answer goes wrong.

  • What Flowwyn sent shows what the AI received for each reply.
  • As a long conversation fills up, Flowwyn tells you and shows what was left out, so you can add back anything that matters.
  • In a long conversation, while a reply is being written, queue your next message, stop and send something new, or add to the reply in progress.
04

Memory you can see and control

Other assistants remember things about you behind the scenes. You can’t see what they keep, or why an answer suddenly changes.

  • Project notes — goal, status, next steps and decisions — are shared by every chat in a project, and the AI reads them automatically. Keep a useful point from any reply with one click.
  • Each project keeps its own memory, so notes from one project never leak into another.
  • About you: say it once — “keep answers short”, “I’m a designer” — and every chat uses it. Edit or turn off any item anytime.
  • Every reply shows which notes and preferences it used. Your memory is yours: it’s included when you export.
05

Know the estimated cost before you send

With most AI tools, you find out what it cost after the fact — if at all.

  • Every message shows an estimated cost before it’s sent. Replies estimated at $1 or more ask you first.
  • Prepaid credit: you never spend more than you’ve added. You get a reminder when your balance runs low, and you can set a monthly AI budget.
  • You’re charged for actual usage, which can be lower or higher than the estimate. Every charge has a breakdown you can check.
  • In our tests, an everyday question cost from under a cent to a few cents. No subscription needed.
06

Your data stays yours

Your history is valuable. It shouldn’t be locked in, sold or used for ads.

  • Export your chats and notes at any time.
  • No ads, and your data is never sold.
  • When you sign up, you choose whether your conversations help improve Flowwyn’s answers and model choices. It’s on by default, and you can change it any time in Settings. Your conversations are never used to train the AI models that write replies.
07

Help shape what comes next

Founding members don’t just test Flowwyn — they steer it.

  • Rate any reply with a thumbs up or down. Your feedback decides what we build next. A rating shares that conversation with us, even when sharing is off.
  • First access to what’s coming: Gemini import, imports from chat apps like NextChat and Chatbox, using Flowwyn from Codex and Claude Code, and connections to other services.

How the beta works

A small founding group, real usage, honest feedback.

$20 to start

Invited founding members start with a $20 AI credit purchase. You pay only for the AI you use, and you see an estimate before each message.

6 months of Personal, free

Founding members get Flowwyn Personal free for 6 months once subscriptions launch. AI usage is still paid from your credits.

Refundable credit

If you leave the beta, or when it ends, you can ask for a full refund of your unused purchased credit.

A small group

We’re keeping the first group small so we can read every piece of feedback and talk to every founding member.

Purchased credit is valid for 12 months, except where the law requires longer. Details are on the pricing page.

In this first beta

  • Replies appear when they’re complete, not word by word.
  • Flowwyn chooses one tested model for each reply. Combining models for bigger jobs and automatic switching to a backup provider come later.
  • Web search is planned for soon after the beta starts. Deleting a chat yourself, long-chat summaries, Gemini import and using Flowwyn from coding tools come later; until then, email support to delete a chat.
  • AI answers can be inaccurate. Check important information before relying on it.

Questions

Do I pay now?

No. Applying is free. If you’re invited, you buy your first $20 of AI credit inside Flowwyn when purchases open. Checkout is handled by Waffo, the merchant of record.

Is it cheaper than an AI subscription?

There’s no subscription in the beta. You pay for the AI you use and see an estimate before each message, so what you spend depends on how much you use it. You can set a monthly budget, and with prepaid credit you never spend more than you’ve added.

Is my data safe?

We don’t show ads or sell data. You can export your data, and ask us to delete a chat or your account.

Why US only?

The beta starts in the United States while we finish our terms and support. We’ll announce other regions when they’re available.

Who should apply?

People in the United States, 18 or older, who use AI tools regularly, enjoy trying new ones and don’t mind sharing quick feedback.

Want to be a founding member?
