1. About Flowwyn and these Terms
Flowwyn is a consumer AI workspace for keeping conversations, organizing projects and notes, importing supported AI chat exports, and requesting AI replies. The private beta is by invitation for adults 18 or older who are physically located in the United States. The start date has not been confirmed.
Flowwyn is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in California, doing business under the name Flowwyn. Flowwyn is not a separate company or legal entity. In these Terms, “Flowwyn,” “we,” and “us” mean that operator and anyone to whom these Terms are assigned under Section 17. Business mailing address: 444 Alaska Avenue, Suite #CHT477, Torrance, CA 90503, USA. Contact support@flowwyn.com.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Flowwyn about the consumer website and workspace at flowwyn.com, not the separate business product or a future developer API. The Acceptable Use Policy and the Pricing page are part of these Terms. You accept these Terms by affirmatively agreeing to them when you create your account. The sign-up screen has a box, not checked in advance, that reads: “I agree to the Terms of Service, including individual arbitration and the 30-day arbitration opt-out, and the Acceptable Use Policy. I acknowledge the Privacy Policy.” We record the version you accepted and when you accepted it. The Privacy Policy explains our data practices; accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to every use of personal information.
Please read Section 14. It requires most disputes between you and Flowwyn to be resolved by individual arbitration instead of in court, and it waives class actions and jury trials. You can opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Sections 11 and 12 limit our warranties and liability.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older and physically located in the United States to use the beta. Do not misrepresent your age or location or bypass restrictions. Invitations are for their intended recipients.
Use an email address you control and keep account information accurate. Protect your email account, sign-in codes, and credentials. Do not share or resell your account. You are responsible for activity and charges under your account, except activity that results from our failure or that you did not authorize and report to support promptly after you learn of it.
3. The beta service
You may use features enabled in your account, within the limits shown there. Imports can omit unsupported material; review results and keep your original files. Supporting another app's export does not imply endorsement by that company or access to its accounts.
Flowwyn is a beta service. Features, models, and limits may change, be restricted, fail, or be withdrawn at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular model or response time, or delivery of any planned feature. Content can be lost: keep independent copies of anything important. An export is not a promise that we can restore your workspace from it. Changes under this Section do not remove the notice and refund protections for account or service closure in Section 10.
Web search and DeepSeek access are later beta features, not first-day commitments. Image, audio, and video generation and access from coding tools are not included in the initial beta.
In the beta, file reading will support text-based PDF, Word (.docx), and Excel (.xlsx) files. Attach up to 3 files per message, up to 10 MB each and 20 MB total. Scans, images, password-protected files, and macros are not supported. Only included text is sent to the AI.
PDFs support up to 50 selected pages. Word files are read in order up to the limit. Excel supports up to 3 visible sheets, within A1:AX1000 and 50,000 cells total. Formula results are saved values; Flowwyn does not calculate formulas. Extraction and context limits can leave material out.
At the start of the planned beta, attachments will be supported in existing chats that offer the attachment control. Attachments will not yet be available when starting a new chat or in every chat.
4. Credits and charges
There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic recharge during the beta. Credit purchases will pay for AI usage, not a subscription. Each top-up will be a separate one-time purchase.
Planned beta pricing. Credit purchases are not open yet.
- $20 credit
- Price before applicable tax: US$20 Availability: Required first purchase for an invited founding member; also available later
- $50 credit
- Price before applicable tax: US$50 Availability: After the first purchase
- $100 credit
- Price before applicable tax: US$100 Availability: After an earlier paid purchase
Your first purchase is limited to $20. Later purchases can be $20, $50, or $100. Top-ups must keep your account balance below $2,000.
Every pack pays for the same metered usage, not a different feature tier or fixed number of messages. Processing fees do not reduce the credit added. Any applicable tax and the total will be shown before payment.
We show an estimated charge before sending. Estimates are not guaranteed prices or maximum charges. Actual usage determines the final charge, including the model, text and context processed, reply, and disclosed supporting work. Earlier conversation and file text can count as input. Stopping or changing a request can still incur charges for work already performed.
Each reply is charged in Flowwyn credits according to the usage it needs. The estimate before sending and the usage details after each reply show the amount in US dollars. See Pricing for supporting-work charges.
Rates for models and supporting work can change, and models can be added or removed. We give at least 14 days’ email and in-app notice of a material increase in usage rates, and an increase applies only to requests sent after it takes effect. The estimate before sending uses the rates that currently apply.
We may reserve credits temporarily and reconcile them to actual usage. You cannot spend beyond your prepaid balance or incur a negative balance. A reply can stop when your balance is exhausted. Low-balance reminders do not impose a spending cap. Contact support about incorrect, duplicate, or uncertain charges; we will investigate and correct billing errors.
Inputs blocked before reply generation do not incur a reply charge. A generated reply that is withheld by safety checks is still charged for the AI usage it took, including when a safety check cannot be completed. Choose Report and “This reply shouldn't have been blocked” to request review. If support confirms an incorrect block or a safety-check failure, we credit that reply’s charge back to your Flowwyn balance.
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date shown in Flowwyn’s purchase confirmation. Unused purchased credits then expire, except where applicable law requires otherwise, as described below. A later top-up does not extend earlier credits. We use the credits that expire first and will email you before credits expire.
Credits are a prepaid balance for Flowwyn usage under these Terms. They are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted, resold, or used for anything other than Flowwyn services, including topping up other providers' accounts. They earn no interest. They cannot be exchanged for cash except through the refunds in Section 6, the California redemption below, or where other applicable law gives you that right.
If the law that applies to you does not allow your credits to expire, or requires them to last longer, your credits will not expire or will last for that longer period. If you are a California resident and your remaining purchased-credit balance is less than $15, you can ask support to redeem it for cash. You do not need to leave the beta or close your account to do this. Where another state's law gives you a similar redemption right, we will honor it. Redeemed credit is removed from your balance.
When Waffo records a refund, payment reversal, or chargeback for a purchase, we remove the unused credit from that purchase that is not reserved for a reply in progress, and reconcile any later correction. A dispute alone does not establish that you owe Flowwyn money. While a payment dispute is open, or if we reasonably suspect payment fraud or abuse, we may manually restrict further purchases or suspend the account under Section 10; this is not automatic. We will explain the action where lawful, and you can ask for a review through support. A good-faith billing dispute alone is not abuse.
5. Purchases through Waffo
When purchases open, credit purchases will be sold by Waffo, which acts as merchant of record and is the legal seller of each purchase. Waffo processes payment, calculates and collects any applicable tax, issues receipts, and handles payment refunds and disputes. The Waffo entity you buy from is named at checkout. Your card statement will show Waffo’s name, not Flowwyn. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable tax and the total will be shown before payment. Taxes do not add credits. Flowwyn provides and supports the service the credits are used for.
Your purchase is also subject to Waffo's Buyer Terms and Conditions, presented at checkout. Waffo’s Buyer Terms govern your purchase transaction with Waffo; these Terms govern Flowwyn’s service. Nothing here reduces a right you have against Waffo or a payment provider. You may contact Flowwyn at support@flowwyn.com or Waffo directly, including through the Buyer Portal linked from your purchase confirmation, about a purchase problem.
6. Refunds and leaving the beta
If you leave the beta, or when the beta ends, email support@flowwyn.com from your account email to request a full refund of unused purchased credits. Include an order reference if available. We do not deduct our processing or refund fees from that unused amount. Spent credits are not refundable, except for billing errors, a safety-block appeal upheld by support, or rights you have under applicable law or Waffo's buyer protections.
If you want another answer, choose a different model and send a new message. Each reply is charged separately. Requesting another answer does not refund the original reply.
Each payment can be refunded once. For a beta unused-credit refund, we combine the eligible unused amount from that payment into that one refund, without deducting our processing or refund fees. This does not limit any additional refund or remedy required by law, Waffo’s buyer protections, or the correction of a billing error.
When purchases open, refunds will be paid through Waffo to the original payment method. If Waffo cannot pay a refund we owe to that method, we will arrange another reasonable way to return the amount. We will not refuse a refund we owe because Waffo cannot process another refund for that payment or because our merchant balance is insufficient. You cannot receive duplicate reimbursement for the same loss. We will tell you what information we need and update you about delays; your bank may need additional time to post the refund. You do not need to delete your account to request a refund.
After the beta, new purchases follow the refund policy disclosed before purchase. A final post-beta policy has not been adopted. Changes will not retroactively remove the beta refund promise for credits bought under it.
Founding members get Flowwyn Personal free for 6 months once subscriptions launch. This future subscription benefit does not include AI credits. Future subscription charges require your separate consent.
7. Your content and our license
You retain the rights you have in inputs, uploads, and imported material. Provide only material you are entitled to use, including other people's information. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide your content and that our use of it under these Terms will not violate law or anyone's rights.
You grant Flowwyn a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, store, transmit, display, format, extract, and otherwise process your content solely to provide the service, perform support and safety functions, comply with law, and carry out the improvement use described in the Privacy Policy when your settings allow it. We may sublicense these rights only to service providers performing those functions for us, subject to the Privacy Policy. Sharing conversations to help improve Flowwyn is a separate option at sign-up. It is checked by default, and you can uncheck it then or change it at any time in Settings; rating a reply shares that whole conversation even when the option is off. This license does not replace any consent the law requires. It ends as copies are deleted under the Privacy Policy, except for retention the law requires or permits and backups until they expire.
This license does not allow us to sell your chats or use them for advertising. We do not sell chats or use them to train or fine-tune the general-purpose AI models that write replies. Improvement copies are used only to evaluate and adjust Flowwyn’s own rules and small classifiers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent we receive transferable rights in output generated for you, we assign them to you. Outputs may not be unique or copyrightable and may involve third-party rights. Other users may receive similar replies.
Flowwyn and its licensors retain rights in the software, brand, and service materials. You receive permission to use the service for your own lawful purposes under these Terms, not ownership of those materials. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service, or access it by automated means other than features we provide.
You grant Flowwyn a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use suggestions you voluntarily submit about the service. This does not grant additional rights in your conversations or other personal content.
Send copyright notices to Flowwyn’s designated agent by email to support@flowwyn.com with the subject “Copyright,” or by mail to the address in Section 18. A notice should contain the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We expeditiously remove or disable access to material when required, notify affected users where appropriate, and provide the statutory counter-notice process. In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
8. AI output and your decisions
AI can be wrong. Replies are generated by AI, not by a person. They may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or contain invented facts and citations. Check important information before relying on it. Replies are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. Flowwyn is not an emergency service.
You decide whether and how to use a reply. You are responsible for checking it and for the decisions and actions you take with its help, including anything you publish, send, or rely on. Do not use Flowwyn as the only basis for decisions about health, legal rights, money, safety, or other people (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
Using Flowwyn does not create a doctor–patient, lawyer–client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Flowwyn or any AI provider.
9. AI models, safety checks, and legal requests
Replies are generated by third-party AI models. At the start of the beta, these are OpenAI’s GPT-6.1-sol, our standard model, and OpenAI’s GPT-6-luna, which Flowwyn may pick automatically for some translation, coding, and writing requests and which you can also choose. Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet 5.5 is the planned backup model. Each reply shows the model that wrote it. DeepSeek, when available, is off by default and used only after you opt in to processing in China. Relevant earlier conversation and saved context can be sent to the model used for a request. Before a request is sent, the text being sent is checked by OpenAI’s Moderation API, by Waffo’s Prompt Sift screening service, and against Flowwyn’s rules, and it is sent only if all of these checks allow it. Each reply is checked in full by Flowwyn’s own moderation, using OpenAI’s Moderation API and Flowwyn’s rules, before it is shown. These checks are not comprehensive scans of uploaded or stored files. Paid AI access will remain unavailable until the checks are enabled and verified.
Providers process content under the terms and policies applicable to their services. They may block requests, review abuse, retain safety or legal records, suspend access, or report suspected unlawful conduct to authorities. Flowwyn does not control these independent decisions or promise that a provider will never report content. This does not excuse Flowwyn from its own responsibilities.
We disclose information only where applicable law permits or requires it, for example in response to valid legal process. Emergency disclosure of private communications must meet the applicable legal emergency standard. When the reporting conditions in 18 U.S.C. § 2258A are met, we report apparent child sexual abuse material, child sex trafficking, or online enticement of a minor to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as soon as reasonably possible, and we preserve the reported material and required context for one year after the report, or longer where the law permits or requires. We may not tell you about a report or legal request where the law prohibits it or notice could interfere with an investigation. A safety flag by itself does not establish wrongdoing or a reporting obligation.
10. Acceptable use, suspension, and termination
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable provider restrictions. When the beta opens, you will be able to choose Report on a reply generated in Flowwyn. You can also email support@flowwyn.com with the subject “Report.” To report an imported reply, include its conversation reference. Flowwyn does not retain withheld reply text; support reviews the available records and context.
We may restrict features, withhold or remove content, or suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; that your use creates a security, legal, or safety risk for Flowwyn, other people, or our providers; that you used Flowwyn fraudulently or unlawfully; or if a provider, payment partner, or the law requires it. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will tell you why, and you may ask for a review by emailing support with the subject “Appeal.”
We may also end the beta, or close any account for any other reason, with at least 30 days’ notice.
You may stop using Flowwyn at any time and request account deletion by email. Closing your account, by you or by us, does not forfeit unused purchased credits or refund rights. Refunds follow Section 6, with adjustments to prevent duplicate recovery for the same purchase. Where practicable, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your content first, unless the law or safety prevents it, for example for material involving child exploitation. If we close the service, we will give notice and refund unused purchased credits.
Accrued payment and refund obligations, the limited content permissions needed for lawful retention, Sections 8 and 11 to 17, and obligations expressly intended to survive continue after your account ends. Termination does not expand permitted data uses or retention.
11. Disclaimers
Flowwyn is a beta service provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowwyn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that Flowwyn or any reply will be accurate, complete, current, safe, or suitable for your purpose; that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that content will not be lost; that an estimate will match the final charge; or that third-party services such as AI providers, payment, hosting, or email will perform. This Section does not limit the express commitments in these Terms, such as refunds of unused purchased credits and correction of billing errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowwyn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to these Terms or Flowwyn, even if we were told they were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowwyn’s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or Flowwyn, under any legal theory, is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for Flowwyn credits in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100. Payments for Flowwyn credits include amounts paid to Waffo for those credits. Subject to the exceptions below, this limit applies to contract and tort claims, including ordinary negligence.
Sections 11 to 13 do not exclude or limit liability for our fraud, willful injury, gross negligence, or violation of law where the exclusion or limitation is prohibited; liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; refunds and billing corrections we owe; or statutory damages, remedies, and fee awards that cannot lawfully be limited. These Sections do not restrict government enforcement or available public injunctive relief. If you live in New Jersey, Sections 11, 12, and 13 apply only to the extent permitted by New Jersey law and do not limit rights you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
These limits are part of the basis on which Flowwyn is offered at its prices.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Flowwyn against third-party claims and reasonable resulting losses caused by your unlawful use of the service, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not cover losses caused by Flowwyn’s breach, negligence, misconduct, or violation of law. We will promptly notify you of a claim, cooperate reasonably, and allow you to control the defense of a covered claim with qualified counsel reasonably acceptable to us. No settlement may impose an admission, nonmonetary obligation, or unreimbursed payment on the other party without its consent. This Section does not shift the costs of your own claims against Flowwyn.
14. Dispute resolution and arbitration
14.1 Talk to us first. Most concerns can be resolved through support. Before starting arbitration, you and Flowwyn each agree to send a written Notice of Dispute and to try in good faith to resolve it informally for 60 days. Send yours to support@flowwyn.com with the subject “Notice of Dispute”; we send ours to your account email. A notice must reasonably identify the claimant, the dispute, and the relief requested. A lawyer may send it for the claimant. Settlement calls are voluntary. Neither of us has to complete this process before using small claims court or seeking urgent provisional relief. Flowwyn will not argue that a limitation period expired during the 60-day informal-resolution period.
14.2 Agreement to arbitrate. You and Flowwyn agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, Flowwyn, credits or charges, or our handling of your information (“Claims”) by final and binding individual arbitration, except as stated in 14.3. This includes Claims that arose before you accepted these Terms. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section 14. Except for the court-decided matters identified in this paragraph, the arbitrator has exclusive authority to decide the interpretation, scope, applicability, and enforceability of this arbitration agreement. A court decides formation, challenges directed specifically to this delegation provision, and disputes concerning Sections 14.3, 14.5, 14.6, 14.8, and 14.9.
14.3 Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual Claim in small claims court if it qualifies and stays there. Either of us may ask a court for temporary relief to prevent irreparable harm while an arbitration is pending. Requests for public injunctive relief follow 14.6. Nothing in this Section stops you from reporting a concern to a government agency.
14.4 How arbitration works. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) administers the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, where they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, as modified by this Section (rules at adr.org). If the AAA is unavailable for reasons other than Flowwyn’s nonpayment or noncompliance, we will agree on another administrator, or a court will appoint one. A single arbitrator applies the same law and may award the same individual relief as a court, including statutory damages and attorneys’ fees where the law allows, but only in favor of the individual claimant and only as needed for that claimant’s individual Claim. These restrictions do not limit Section 14.6. Claims of US$25,000 or less are decided on written submissions unless either side asks for a hearing or the arbitrator decides one is needed; any hearing is held by video or in the county where you live. The arbitrator will allow the discovery needed for a fair hearing and will issue a written award explaining the essential findings. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Fees. Arbitration fees follow the AAA consumer fee schedule, under which Flowwyn pays most administrative fees and the arbitrator’s compensation. Flowwyn will pay the fees allocated to it by the applicable rules and law when due; this Section does not postpone administrator invoices or restrict remedies for nonpayment. If the AAA declines to administer because of Flowwyn’s nonpayment or failure to comply with its consumer standards, you may proceed in court. If your Claim is for US$10,000 or less and is not frivolous, we will reimburse your filing fee. Each side pays its own lawyers unless the law or the arbitrator awards fees. Flowwyn may recover attorneys’ fees or shift arbitration costs only where governing law permits. Any fee waiver you qualify for under California Code of Civil Procedure section 1284.3 or the AAA rules applies.
14.5 Individual claims only; no jury. You and Flowwyn may bring Claims only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Unless both sides agree, the arbitrator may not combine more than one person’s Claims, except as provided in 14.8, and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding. By agreeing to arbitration, you and Flowwyn each give up the right to a jury trial on Claims that are arbitrated. These restrictions do not limit Section 14.6. If a court decides that this paragraph cannot be enforced for a particular Claim or request for relief, that Claim or request, and only it, is removed from arbitration and decided in court after the individual arbitration ends. In no case will a Claim proceed as a class arbitration.
14.6 Public injunctive relief. Nothing in these Terms waives a right to seek public injunctive relief, meaning an injunction mainly for the benefit of the general public. A request for that relief may be brought in a court with jurisdiction under Section 15. The court decides whether any part of that proceeding should be stayed and may consider provisional relief. Individual Claims remain subject to arbitration where this Section 14 is enforceable.
14.7 Changes to this Section. A change to this Section 14 does not apply to a Claim you notified us about before the change. If we make a material change, you may reject it by emailing support within 30 days after we notify you, and the previous version of this Section 14 will continue to apply to you.
14.8 Mass arbitration. Where they apply, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules govern the administration of coordinated individual demands. Each claimant may file an individual demand without waiting for another claimant’s case to finish. Any additional bellwether process, batching, or mediation requires the affected parties’ agreement after the dispute arises and the administrator’s approval. No other claimant’s award binds you.
14.9 Opting out. You may opt out of this Section 14 by emailing support@flowwyn.com from your account email, with the subject “Arbitration opt-out,” within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Include your name and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms or your use of Flowwyn. If you opt out, Section 15 applies to all disputes between us, and 14.5 does not apply to you.
14.10 Severability of this Section. Except as stated in 14.5 and 14.6, if any part of this Section 14 is found unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest remains in effect. This Section 14 continues to apply after your account ends.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 14. This choice does not take away protections that the law of your state of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract. Any Claim that is not arbitrated will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and Flowwyn consent to their personal jurisdiction. You may still bring an individual Claim in small claims court where you live, and where your state's law gives you a right to sue in your home state, that right is not affected.
16. Changes to Flowwyn and these Terms
We may change Flowwyn and these Terms. For material changes to these Terms, we will publish the revised Terms and notify account holders by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. A change required by law or urgently needed for safety or security may take effect sooner, and we will tell you when that happens. Where the law requires your acceptance or consent to a change, we ask for it with the same kind of affirmative agreement as at sign-up. For other changes, continuing to use Flowwyn after the effective date means the revised Terms apply. If you do not agree to a change, stop using Flowwyn; you may request a refund of unused purchased credits under Section 6. Material changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to purchases you have already made, apply to disputes we already know about, authorize charges you have not approved, or authorize additional uses of personal information collected before the change. Changes to Section 14 follow 14.7.
17. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the rest of these Terms remains in effect, except as Section 14 provides. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account. We may assign these Terms, with all rights and obligations, to a company formed by Flowwyn’s operator to run Flowwyn, to an affiliate, or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business or its assets, and we will notify you. The assignee must honor these Terms, including refunds of unused purchased credits. Assignment does not reduce your accrued rights, authorize additional data uses, or release an existing obligor from liabilities that remain theirs under applicable law.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages or changes at AI providers, payment, hosting, or network services; natural disasters; power failures; cyberattacks; labor disputes; or government action. This does not excuse our obligation to refund unused purchased credits, our failure to exercise care required by law, or obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Ordinary service notices, agreements, and disclosures may be delivered electronically, by email to your account email or in the app. Where the law requires a particular delivery method or additional consent to electronic disclosures, that requirement controls. Send notices to us at support@flowwyn.com.
These Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy and the Pricing page, are the entire agreement between you and Flowwyn about the service and replace earlier agreements about it. Express privacy commitments, purchase disclosures, and separately obtained consents remain effective, and the specific disclosures for a purchase control over conflicting general pricing descriptions for that purchase. “Including” means “including without limitation.” Headings are for convenience only. Except for the persons expressly protected by Section 13, these Terms create no third-party beneficiaries.
You may not use Flowwyn if you are on a US government restricted-party list or in a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or use it in violation of US export laws.
